Pre-assignment Screening

Understanding if your employees have any underlying health issues or conditions is key before any assignment starts. It gives you the opportunity to source the right support in readiness for when the assignment starts. Through our partnership with Healix International, we provide access to a simple on-line health questionnaire that your employee and their family members can complete. It is then assessed by a medical team to determine whether there are any health risks. The assessment will take into account any pre-existing medical conditions and the location of the assignment.

Healix is a leading provider of global assistance and medical case management services and manage over 350,000 requests for medical assistance each year. Through the use of intelligent software they are able to provide a robust evaluation of potential medical risks involved in an overseas assignment and enable preparations to be made.

Cultural Training & Expatriate Employee Assistance Programme

Preparation before and support while expats are overseas are of utmost importance for the success of an assignment. We have partnered with Morneau Shepell to be able to provide assistance to employees and family members when moving overseas.
